What do I do?
My current role (2021 – 2024) is a mixture of (Support, technical writing, success).
– Troubleshooting, reproducing and fixing issues or escalating verified bugs/incidents (Emails, Chat, Zoom calls).
– Answer usability, pre-sales, onboarding questions.
– Write API documentation for new end-points, or help center documents.
-Convey feature requests to our product team.
– Join sales calls to help with technical questions and close deals!
– Participate in marketing outreach campaigns to introduce new features.
– Review accounts for compliance and working with customers to get things on track.
